Hello, folks!
I just noticed Indigo bookstore has added new products in its wellness and self-care categories! You know what that means? New writing and craft tools!
If you're eager to see for yourself, just click on this image and it'll take you there:
Keep reading for my personal favorites!
Black artist pens by Faber Castell $26.50 CAD
I use them when inking my drawings for the computer, or simple for comics. They're also very useful for bullet journaling and journaling. You can do lettering, cute and innovative designs, as well as drawings. I highly recommend these as Faber Castell is a wonderful art brand and it's never disappointed me so far.
500 Writing Prompts $15.95 CAD
Okay, writers, what's better to get those creative juices flowing than writing prompts? Aw, those dear writing prompts… Now we've got 500 of them in a notebook! With each prompt, there are many lines for us to write our ideas and stories. I mean, it's on my wishlist, for sure! If you're stuck or just looking for a change, give it a try!
Steal Like an Artist $19.95 CAD
I've been meaning to read this book for AGES now! I'm twice the artist as a writer and an artist (drawing, painting, crafting,…) so I feel like this little guy here would be very helpful. It has good ratings and it seems like an essential for all artists. At least to read once. Maybe even twice, if it gives as great tips and insight as it's said to do. On my wishlist!
Complete the Story (Revised Edition) $12.95 CAD
This journal is my top favorite! How can you not love it? It gives you the beginning of a story on each page, and you have to pick up your pen and write the rest! So much exploration, so much adventure into your mind, into your own stories. I went shopping at Indigo and found it while browsing; I fell in love instantly. Trust me, I'll order it next month and we'll go over what it offers together! I might even show you one of the stories I wrote using their "complete the story" method!
How does that sound?
Fantastic! Let's do this, then.
See you next post, lovelies! (And next month for a deeper dive into the Complete the Story journal.)
